Health Management

▌AEL pays attention to employees's health, conducting employee health checkups every two years and cooperating with hospitals to provide various health checkup programs, allowing different groups of employees to undergo in-depth examinations according to their needs and promote their health knowledge.

▌Consider employee physical and mental health, conduct regular on-site health interviews.

▌Regularly conduct health education courses and topic lectures according to job categories, such as occupational disease prevention and heat injury, psychological health lectures – relationship awareness and communication skills, health lectures for kidney disease prevention, etc.

▌Leading employees towards a healthy workplace and has added hardware-related equipment such as blood pressure gauge, AED and fitness classroom.

▌Planning health promotion activities and hiring aerobics teacher teaching in the factory area further achieves weight loss goal of staff.

Certification of Healthy Workplace 

AEL apply to lead employees towards a healthy workplace. In addition to providing one-to-one health assessments through on-site interviews with nurses, we also conduct prevention and health education lectures tailored to different occupations and diseases. In 2023, AEL applied for Healthy Workplace Certification organized by the Health Promotion Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare and passed the certification. We will now move towards applying for the Health Promotion Badge.

Employee Satisfaction Survey

To create a friendly work environment, the company conducts an annual “Employee Satisfaction Survey.”
This survey provides employees with a channel to express their opinions and helps the company understand the current situation and improve shortcomings, serving as an important basis for future optimization.
